D.C.M. strives to maintain a family relationship with all employees, but due to the distance between job sites, the office and the different crews, we tend to get clustered and unfamiliar with one another. Because of this, D.C.M. has tried to blend the clusters by having in house BBQ's which has proven to reunite coworkers with one another or form new working relations.
